Adjusting a customer's account

Adjustments are often made to fix any mistakes. Members of the owner or manager's group can only change information on an owner's account.  Please follow the steps below.

From the Main window:

  1. Display the owner’s account by selecting the owner from the Main list and click on the Account tab.

  2. Click the Adjustment button.

  3. Enter the balance you desire

  4. Type in the explanation of the adjustment in the Comment Field and click OK.
